Refund, Delivery & Cancellation Policy

1. What you are buying

EditImageText.net sells one-time packs of credits (Starter: 40 credits for $14.90 USD; Pro: 100 credits for $26.90 USD; Studio: 180 credits for $39.90 USD). Credits are used to run AI text edits and translations on EditImageText.net and have no other use. They are a digital service: nothing is shipped.

2. Delivery

• Payments are processed by Stripe. As soon as Stripe confirms the payment, the credits are added to the account you were signed in with — usually within a minute.
• Stripe emails a receipt to the address used at checkout. Your balance and purchase history are on your account page.
• If the credits haven't appeared within one hour, email support@editimagetext.net with the email address you paid with and the date of the purchase.

3. Failed edits

If an edit fails, is interrupted, or returns no image, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically (interrupted edits within about 10 minutes). If the size of the new text came out clearly wrong, the editor retries once at no charge. These are credit returns, not payment refunds.

4. Refunds

• Unused credits, within 14 days. Ask within 14 days of the purchase date. If you haven't used any credits from that pack, we refund the full price. If you have used some, we refund the unused credits from that pack at the per-credit price you paid.
• Technical problems. If an edit completed but the result was unusable because of a fault on our side, tell us within 14 days and include the image if you can. We return the credits used, or refund them if you prefer and the credits came from a pack bought within the last 14 days.
• Duplicate or unauthorised charges. If you were charged twice or don't recognise a charge (it appears as EDITIMAGETEXT.NET on your statement), contact us and we will refund duplicate charges in full and investigate the rest.
• Not refundable: credits already used for completed edits (except as above), the free sign-up credit, and requests made more than 14 days after purchase — unless the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
• Policy breaches. If we close an account for breaking the Acceptable Use Policy, unused credits from purchases in the previous 14 days are refunded; other unused credits are not, except where the law requires.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email support@editimagetext.net from the address on your account (or include it), with the purchase date, the pack and the reason.
2. We reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 business days.
3. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve problems faster directly.

6. Cancellation

There is no subscription and nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, email us; unused credits from purchases made in the last 14 days can be refunded under section 4 when the account is closed.

7. If we stop the service

If EditImageText.net is discontinued, we will announce it on the site at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused purchased credits on every account at the per-credit price paid.
