Pricing questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Buy again only when you run out.
What does one credit get me?
One Fast edit (2K output) or one image translated into one language. Pro edits render natively at 4K and cost 1.5 credits.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits don't expire while your account is open. If the service were ever discontinued, unused purchased credits would be refunded.
When do I get my credits?
Right after payment: Stripe confirms it and the credits are added to your account automatically, usually within a minute. Stripe emails you a receipt, and your purchases are listed on your account page.
What happens if an edit fails?
The credit is returned automatically. Interrupted edits are refunded within about 10 minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards and with the wallets Stripe shows for your country. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
What will appear on my card statement?
EDITIMAGETEXT.NET. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may add currency-conversion fees.
Can I get a refund?
